Replace Pipe Joint and Add Isolator Valve
Positives - came when they said and were friendly. Negatives - he needed to put an isolation valve in for a garden tap and needed to go to B&Q 4 times yes 4 times for parts. In total he took nearly 3 hours to do this job! Instead of using copper he used plastic piping (everything else here is copper) and used copious fittings that were bolted into other fittings instead of actually just running pipes in straight lines. He did not cut pipes to correct lengths and pipes were forced together with a slight strain on them. The next morning I went down to find a slow drip coming from the pipe. I have no interest in him coming back to fix his work so did it myself and bought copper pipe from screwfix with different fittings and its now fine. Waste of my time and my money. I have photos of the process and the finished jobs with time stamps as evidence.

Replace Leaking Kitchen Sink Tap
Very careless work. Asked them to fit a new tap on the kitchen sink, first fitted hot and cold pipes the wrong way round and had to be called out to recify. Then turned out they has disconnected the washing machine hose and not re-connected which caused a flood in the kitchen. After a third visit to rectify, the tap is still leaking and they are no longer responding to messages to fix it. Routinely late for appointments, or last minute cancellations.
Install Kitchen Cabinet and Plumbing
Left in a complete mess by the previous 'Plumber'. They came out, gave me a quote, and completed the work that same week. Friendly and very helpful. Would use again.
Replace Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap
It turned out to be quite an awkward job which they did superbly, friendly and professional. Definitely use them again.
