Fix Constantly Running Leaking Toilet
He was rude and didn’t inform me before he came out that he was charging me £80 for a call out fee! He told me he would drop the price if I paid cash. He then agreed to do half of the job for £160 cash!
Aqua Flow SolutionsThank you for taking the time to leave a review. I do find it surprising that this is the only 1-star review I have received, particularly as I have never previously been described as rude during my career. My customers consistently provide positive feedback about both my workmanship and professionalism. During our interaction, I felt that I was spoken to in a rude and aggressive manner, including the use of inappropriate language. Despite this, I remained professional and respectful throughout and completed the agreed work to a high standard. I also had a pleasant conversation with your wife regarding potential future work on the radiator, and we discussed pricing for this. Given those discussions, it appeared that you were satisfied with both the work carried out and the service provided. We completed the agreed work, shook hands, and parted on good terms. For that reason, I was disappointed to receive a 1-star review containing comments that I do not believe accurately reflect what took place. While I fully respect every customer’s right to leave feedback, I feel this review is unfair and does not present a balanced account of the situation. I also attempted to contact you directly to discuss your concerns and see if we could resolve the matter. Unfortunately, the conversation was not productive and the call ended abruptly. I take great pride in my work, my reputation, and the service I provide to my customers. I am a hardworking tradesman committed to supporting my family and delivering quality workmanship, and I always strive to treat customers with honesty and respect. Kind regards James
Install Outdoor Tap on Kitchen Wall
Efficient and really nice people to deal with.
Repair and Install Washing Machines
It was neat and also timely done.
Replace Toilet, Sink, Tap Cartridge
They de-installed an old closet toilet and sink and then installed a new toilet which had been purchased previously. In addition they replaced an old kitchen tap and replaced it with a new one which was purchased on the day. Quality of the work was good and I would use them again subject to their being more transparent on pricing. I was verbally quoted a price on the day, subject to a small variation based on the actual price of purchasing the new tap. However at the end of the job they wanted a significant uplift in price which I wasn't prepared to accept. We subsequently reached an agreement on the final price to be paid.
Toilet Cistern Flush Mechanism Repair
Speedy, great communication and problem fixed quickly
Swap And Cap Bedroom Radiator
Excellent vendor, quoted for job and completed within 3 hours, No mess , area left spotless Highly recommend
Install Outdoor Garden Tap and Pipework
Outdoor tap installation - I couldn’t be more happier with the work. James explained everything very well. Very efficient, professional and extremely polite. Would 100% recommend.
Fit Shower Rail And Mixer Tap
Carried out a bath tap replacement and shower rail fitting, as well as a new replacement bath panel fitted. Great job, professional, friendly and polite. All looks neat and tidy and hoovered up after himself too. Was a fair bit more than I had anticipated to pay for what I felt was only part of the job I requested but felt obliged to pay as they were there and ready to do the job. Everyone’s got to make a living I suppose! Was done in 2.5 hours. Excellent communication before and during the job but it would have been helpful to get some idea of rough price before arriving. Couldn't do the tiling I wanted doing but offered to get a tiler to quote for that part of the job and sent pictures whilst there.
Remove And Disconnect One Radiator
Came and did the job today. Was slightly more than quoted by another person but appreciated quick service and friendly guys & efficient. Thank you
