Repair Broken Toilet Cistern Float Rod
James called me immediately after I posted my call and arranged to come over right then, so I didn't have much time to look at other responses. I wish I had, as James charged me for a lot of new parts to my toilet, and didn't provide the receipts I asked for afterwards. My toilet is still running. Avoid.

I just want to clarify that I did send you a receipt in the form of an invoice which stated all work carried out and material costs. I replaced the 2x none working parts in your toilet cistern which would obviously be charged to the customer. Regarding the fault.. I haven’t been made aware of this until now? When I left everything was working correctly, if you had contacted me I would have come back out to rectify the issue. If you would like me to come back out and take a look I’m more than happy to do this. Kind regards
