Toilet Flapper Replacement or Repair
Work was a bit clumsy and it was too expensive. They ended up spoiling my toilet seat and said it wasn't them and had to get me out of the house to go get them cash cuz they don't want to accept transfer. I either add £30 to the agreed fee or go get them cash cuz "it's a company account". My mistake was not negotiating an estimated cost before they showed up cuz they said if they don't do the job I'll have to pay £80 since they've already showed up at my house. Overall I am not happy but the they managed to change the parts in the basin for £150.

Just to clarify the toilet seat was hanging off when we arrived - we do not need to touch or unscrew the seat to carry out the work to the toilet cistern. If it was fixed down before arriving it wouldn’t have come off during a cistern refurbishment. We offered to refix the seat for you which you advised you was going to get your landlord to provide a new one. £80.00 is an agreed call out charge to attend a job. We knock this charge off the final price of the job which is fair as it stops customers just getting us to attend with no intention of work being carried out. £150 with the price of the materials being around £50 in total is a very reasonable price and is far from the expensive side. The work was carried out to a high standard with everything working correctly once we had completed the repair. If we can ever be of assistance in the future feel free to give us a call. Replace Leaking Kitchen Mixer Tap
Super quick to quote & call, came out to look at the issue & was replaced within an hour, inclusive of having to go & source me a new tap. Excellent service & lovely guys, highly recommended

Install Undermount Sink and Tap
The job was completed but the drain pipe was slightly higher hence water does not get flushed completely resulting in leak from the overflow connector, spoke to James and he said it will cost another £250 more to drill a new hole and lower the main drain pipe work and i decided to stop that leak myself somehow. Furthermore the sink was not sealed with silicone and the dripping water water on the edges of sink managing to get through under the sink which James mentioned he will come and fix this.

I’d just like to clarify for any potential customers reading this review that I did not install the existing waste pipework — it was already in place before I attended the job. My original quote was for a straightforward sink replacement, which I provided at a very competitive price. However, once the old sink was removed, it became clear that the existing waste setup sat higher than the new sink and would therefore need altering to function correctly. As the waste connected directly into the soil stack, the additional work required part of the stack to be modified along with new fittings and connectors. I quoted an additional £250 for this work, including materials, which alone were estimated at around £100 due to the cost of soil stack components. Regarding the minor leak underneath the sides of the sink, no silicone was initially applied as the sink came with a pre-fitted seal designed to create a watertight finish without additional sealant. However, as customer satisfaction is important to me, I have already agreed to return and rectify the issue. I always aim to be transparent and fair with pricing, and any additional costs are discussed before extra work is carried out
Repair Leaking Toilet Cistern Pipe
James was a lifesaver. I inherited a bathroom in a very shabby state - the toilet was leaking and very strangely plumbed in, and the bath didn't work as the plug was faulty - the control knob just span round in circles. James was adaptable and even though the job was much bigger than he initially signed up for, he made sure everything was sorted before he left. He was quick, friendly and everything has worked perfectly since he completed the job. For the work done, the pricing was reasonable too
