Replace Toilet, Sink, Tap Cartridge
They de-installed an old closet toilet and sink and then installed a new toilet which had been purchased previously. In addition they replaced an old kitchen tap and replaced it with a new one which was purchased on the day. Quality of the work was good and I would use them again subject to their being more transparent on pricing. I was verbally quoted a price on the day, subject to a small variation based on the actual price of purchasing the new tap. However at the end of the job they wanted a significant uplift in price which I wasn't prepared to accept. We subsequently reached an agreement on the final price to be paid.

Fit Shower Rail And Mixer Tap
Carried out a bath tap replacement and shower rail fitting, as well as a new replacement bath panel fitted. Great job, professional, friendly and polite. All looks neat and tidy and hoovered up after himself too. Was a fair bit more than I had anticipated to pay for what I felt was only part of the job I requested but felt obliged to pay as they were there and ready to do the job. Everyone’s got to make a living I suppose! Was done in 2.5 hours. Excellent communication before and during the job but it would have been helpful to get some idea of rough price before arriving. Couldn't do the tiling I wanted doing but offered to get a tiler to quote for that part of the job and sent pictures whilst there.
