The owner Alex McAllister provided me with a written quote for my job prior to commencing. The work was carried out by Alex and his workmate exactly as quoted, over a period of three days. Additional work was discussed and authorised over this period, and was carried out within the three day timescale. The work was expertly and professionally undertaken and the end result was everything I had anticipated. I can thoroughly recommend Amac Property Maintenance, and will certainly contact them again for any future work..

Replace Ridge Tiles on Pitched Roof
Arrived as agreed, gave a reasonable price. Friendly and knowledgeable. Did the job within two days and from what I can see (it is ridge tiles) I am happy with the work.
Rough Casting and External Wall Painting
Alexander and his team did a great job - regrettably there was an issue with the weather being terrible straight after the job was completed. They came back and fixed the impact of the negative weather on the job - as soon as possible. End result was great and the much appreciated.
