Beware of using this Company, this character took a deposit off me in December with an agreed completion date for works of two months. Several start dates were given but never materialised. I have been requesting the return of my deposit since the end of March with no success.

We had initially intended to begin the work in late January and as you are aware I was taken into hospital due to a stroke, I agreed a new start date which unfortunately did not happen due to the virus. I had also offered to return your deposit initially and after making you aware of the situation of my health you asked me to postpone and still do the work it was only in late May when you had requested your deposit back to which I stated I would return and yet the same day I received a letter from the civil court expressing your intention to take me to court. From that point forward my solicitor has taken over to proceed to court. So I am sorry that you are not happy and make customer service a priority. I am sorry we could not reach a solution, as you can see from previous reviews this had never been a problem before. I wish you well and hope we can resolve this issue through the solicitor.

In a word, Excellent. I had two quotes, one good one but for one solution, Alliance Plumbing offered metwo possible solutions, so instead ofpaying £1800 the job was totallt solved for £150, hence our gradi g of excelence

Very good, & versitile as never worked on houseboat before. both jobs waste pipe & shower leak fixed now and the tiles didnt need to come off either.
