External Rendering
We initially employed Advanced Homes to repair and repaint rendering to our property. We were so pleased with the standard of workmanship that asked them to carryout other works that needed doing. Namely repairs to chimney stack and replacement of chimney pots; checking roof tiles and replacing where necessary; brickwork repointing; plastering of bedroom, installing loft insulation and boarding out loft and fitting loft ladder. All these works were carried out to an excellent standard by a great bunch of lads who tidied up and removed all rubbish as they went along. All workforce were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Damp Proofing
I was very pleased with the work that Advanced Homes did on both my chimneys and my brickwork. They were efficient, polite, completed the work well and cleaned up after themselves. Carl was there regularly to oversee what was going on and was able to provide pictures of the work via his drone.

Roof Cleaning
The two men allocated to the job were polite, conscientious and hard working. Before acceptance of estimates photographs and videos were provided as proof of necessary work which was guaranteed. The only problem was a lack of appreciation on my part for the mess made by a roof clean and the effect on neighbours. However to their credit the men did warn every household close by to move cars and then cleaned windows, sills and woodwork of affected properties. A job well done Tony

External Rendering
I was happy with the job they did for me, not only did they do a good job on external rendering, but they were very happy to do other small jobs. In fact, we were so confident with the work they did we asked them to do a roofing job which was not easy because bad weather kept making it not possible some days. But they persevered and we now have a lovely roof, as well as external painting after rendering completed. The workmen were very polite and cleaned everything up each day, which we very much appreciated.
