Good communication and punctual. However after 2 visits to my property didn't fix the problem described to him. I needed to call an emergency Plumber Christmas Eve at a premium price to resolve the problem. So sadly I will not use again.

Alistair came on time, is friendly, and super professional. He did the job in 15 minutes flat which goes to show he's a no nonsense chap who's in and out in a jiffy!

I needed a gas cooker disconnected and capped last minute. Engineer turned up on time, introduced himself and showed ID.. Alister was pleasant, friendly and explained what he was doing throughout. Would definitely use again. Price was good.
