Anthony (or Tony as I think that he is also known as) was excellent. Yesterday was the first time that we met him, and found him to be engaging with excellent communication skills. I chose him because his response/quote was reasonably priced and included a good deal of explanation of what work he would be doing. He arrived promptly, took time to check so many things that none of my previous heating engineers have ever done, and he took time to explain the technical aspects/readings in layman's terms, offering appropriate advice but never pushy. I would highly recommend Anthony and would definitely employ his services again - in fact, I took the unusual step of booking him for future work/servicing immediately. I have dealt with so many heating engineers/plumbers for our home and rental properties in the past, but have never met an engineer as thorough, competitive and professional as Anthony.
