Came to look at job.. never heard any more from them wether they could do the work
Chimney Building / Repair
Was twice let down on the day they were supposed to start. Was confident they could reach chimneys w/ cherry picker to cap / cowel various chimneys - broke 10+ patio slabs putting cherry picker on patio and had to partially take down part of a fence and gate. They put the fence back up so poorly that the gate latches don't line up. Was told he'd put the new patio slabs in place (that i'd paid for out my own pocket), only put them in with what appeared to be sand and were already moving a day after. Also had them do some painting which looked ok at best but there were quite a few smears of the paint on other parts. To be fair to them, they agreed a reduction in price due to the above. I had also paid them to fix a gutter as it was sagging and needed a new bracket to which they did only for it to be sagging again a few days later. When I requested a refund for the gutter works his "excuses" were that i didn't fix the patio quick enough (what has that got to do with the gutter!?!?) and that cos its listed house, I need a specialist - if I need a specialist, why keep my money for job that hasn't been done correctly? and why take it on in the first place. I wasn't going to write this review as it's not really worth my time but wouldn't want them to do this to someone else. I assume the work on the chimneys is alright and they seem to have other good reviews on roofing works but was maybe out of their depth on everything else and not refunding the gutter fix is inexcusable for me.

explained on the roof condition and replaced slipped tiles removed all ridge tiles and replaced with new cleaned front and rear of house all rubbish taken away very pleased with the end product 5*
