Started work and did not complete. Tiles started and installation of sink. Gentleman working with zoran did punting to good standard.At first I found Zoran to be knowledgable and was happy to invite and welcome into my home - however it was highly disappointing that after several calls and messages I was ignored when asking when job would be completed. To start and not finish job as agreed is terrible treatment of client l have been left without shower wall panels and shower mixer and installation of wet room screen - the main part of the job was installing a shower being that I have only a wet room - leaving myself and child of 3 (!!) without a shower as part of shower installation. Taking on another job if you cannot manage your workload and telling your client you are stressed is ridiculous. I do not recommend and will never request again; such a poor communicator demonstrates very poor treatment of client. Disgusted. Sorry I lined his pockets with any money ps always insistent you pay by cash!

Zorac arrived within 1 hour of posting my request for a toilet replacement. He was a second opinion to a quote I was provided by another plumber earlier the same day. After assessing he quoted more than half the price less than the previous plumber for both parts and labour!! It was a no brainer from that point so I asked him to get it done! .....and he was able to come early the next morning and complete the job within a few hours and did a great job. Honest plumbers are very hard to find these days.

I am happy with work done by Zoran. He had slim camera which was very helpful to insert camera underneath around shower tray trap to rule out any leak coming from underneath. He has resealed the joint between walls and shower. No leak have been reported by downstairs neighbour untill now.

A new toilet was installed. An initial visit was done for an estimate and I found Zoran to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He was good at communicating when I contacted him and responded promptly. I would certainly use him again
