Headline: Fine gardeners, but zero accountability for major property damage—AVOID!ZB Painting and Landscaping Services Ltd did a perfectly fine job with the actual gardening work, but their complete lack of professionalism following property damage is shocking.While they were working, a loud impact noise was heard by everyone inside the house as a stone was flung directly into our glass door, shattering the pane. They were the absolute only people working in the garden at the time, and the door was completely closed.Instead of taking accountability, the owner (Zak) has completely run away from his responsibilities. He has blocked communication, ghosted my messages, and refused to provide his public liability insurance details. I have had to escalate this directly to my insurer's legal recovery team and my landlord to handle.If you hire them, pray nothing goes wrong. They are great when things go smoothly, but the moment they damage your property, they will hide, deny reality, and leave you with the bill. Avoid hiring them at any cost!
Remove Weeds and Ivy from Garden
Zak did a brilliant job cleaning the overgrown weeds and ivy. He was hardworking, fast, and a very competitive cost. Would highly recommend him. I shall be booking him again.
