Zakaria offered a reasonable price for our blocked toilet job, and though he was not able to unblock it because he did not have the right tool on him, he worked a lot to ease the flow and later followed up on our success with another trader, and since it was not resolved, he send the drainage team which resolved the problem. Would recommend him as being a conscientious person and made sure we resolved our problem, even if it wasnt him doing it.
