Kieth was open and honest about the pricing structure and we agreed for Your Maintenance Matters to undertake the work. The next morning Billy contacted me to give me an ETA. He was not only on time but the work was completed to a very high standard. Before leaving he ran through the work that he carried out to make sure he hadn’t missed anything, he cleaned everything and made sure all was okay before leaving. Aside from Billy’s workmanship, what else that was really impressive was that Kieth contacted me afterwards to make sure all was okay and I was happy with the work carried out. I cannot praise Your Maintenance Matters enough, it’s very rare to receive such excellent customer service.
