Replace Square Toilet with Round Toilet
There was a mix up with communication over the shape of the toilet , apart from that , the guy did a good job and was polite and friendly.
Fix slow toilet and leaking shower
Invited to quote for the job to stop a tiny leak and replace a flush, but was contemplating a new bathroom. Came over quoted, and we advised we wanted to think about it, as it wasnt urgent and did we want to spend the money fixing if we were going to replace everything. While we discussed he went to get his tools to start the job, despite advising we'd need to think about it, as the quote was significantly more expensive than subsequent quotes we have had for the same job. He has then started requesting £20 for a call out fee, but this was never made clear prior to the appointment. If he had mentioned it was a £20 call out if we did not do the job, I would not have agreed to it. I appreciate it takes his time to come and quote, but the assumption he was just going to crack on with the job was not professional. He also drew on my tiles with a sharpie and left my shower dirty.

Speedy response, clean and efficient
Repair Cracked Grout and Wobbly Tiles
The job involved securing a few wobbly tiles and regrouting around tiles which had grout that was cracked or fallen away. Most of the wobbly tiles were secured but the regrouping work was really unprofessional - we still have cracks and gaps and the grouting done is messy. Very disappointed with the job.
