Full Bathroom Refit With Tiling
The finish of the bathroom was poor. I didnt realise how bad until I had paid. 1st night toilet leaked so we were left without a toilet. He did come and fix it next day. I have 5 chipped tiles that were covered with grout so didnt see until I started to clean the bathroom. Half the caulking is missing from the bathroom and the caulking that was completed is rough. Same with the grout. Loads of bits missing, uneven. There are loads of uneven tiles on both the wall and floor. The shower bar valve had tape sticking out of it and was thick with caulk holding it into the wall rather than being flush to the wall. The toilet cistern has been stuck on to the wall with toilet paper and caulk. I can provide photos to back up all of the above. I have had to hire a handyman to come and fix some of the problems, but the chipped, uneven tiles, there's nothing that can be done unless I take them off and start again. Its a shame because they were really nice guys.
WT PlumbingRather than put negative things done why didn’t you ring us and correct the snags - shower valve had white silicone round that collars not chalk - grout can be put right - as you know your floor is uneven as it’s an old house and they are big tiles - toilet wall was badly slopping outwards - we would have come and sorted snags out I worked hard on your bathroom -personally I would have gone for a cubicle but it was your choice - sorry that you feel like that
Toilet Not Flushing And Keeps Running

Unblock Walk-In Shower Drain
Will arrived on time. He used a plunger to unblock the shower drain. In and out in ten minutes. Efficient and professional job. Cost £80. Gave some advice regarding not using baking soda and white vinegar down shower drain as he said this can clump together. Will advised me I could get one of the plungers he used at screwfix.
Replace Shower Tray and Cubicle
Made an appointment and stuck to it quoted really quickly
Fix Loose Sink Waste Drain
Came straight away fixed the issue and was fantastic with the owner of the property who has some learning difficulties.

Bath Reseating and Pipe Repair
Attended on Time, Repair completed, slight modification needed to repair that cost a bit extra, which was explained well. Will know about quality of the repair in time, but on first look it seems solid.
Kitchen Tap and Shower Plumbing Fix
Turned up very early as agreed - lovely guy knew what the issue was went off bought a new tap sorted the issue with the shower - all done to good standard by a lovely man - great service would definitely recommend
Replace One Broken Bath Tile
Came out the next day and job was completed in 10/15 mins
