Will is a really nice guy and I do believe he tries his best but the quality of work does not match the images he showed me of previous jobs he had completed. I had to stop the job and ask him to leave as the tiling before grout was really really poor. Cuts on tiles were not straight. Damaged tiles put onto wall and advised the grout would blend it together. Beading finished to a really poor standard nothing straight or mitred to meet flush. Tiles not flush adhesive was just dabbed on and not applied smoothly (discovered when removing tiles) splash back behind cooker wasn't flush and had an over hang on one side not even an equal over hang either side which would have Been OK. Gaps between tiles were so bad and un even. The overall quality of the work was really disappointing. I think when you like the person it's even more difficult to write an honest and bad review. If I can submit images against this review I will just as evidence. I can't recommend wj tiling to anyone.
