Responded to my initial post within 20mins of it being up. Was able to come out the same day to assess and attempt to resolve the issue there and then. Unfortunately more work was required but this was explained thoroughly. Work was completed at agreed time in a professional manner. Very polite and considerate. Would highly recommend.
