I was happy with the decorating but Wayne Williams did some work in my bathroom. He removed the bath, sink and flooring. He charged me for the work he had to do under the floor. I gave him money to buy a new shower and all fixtures. He put the shower, toilet and basin. When a leak started and damaged part of my living room ceiling I messaged and called he did NOT come to investigate. Had to pay someone to correct leaking toilet. The next morning the basin is now leaking and have to now pay again for this to be put right. STILL no response from him, even though I’ve had to turn water off to reduce the damage. I have my elderly parents living in the house with me! I have paid Wayne for fencing for my garden and a skip also labour all to which I have seen NOTHING of. He needs to give me back my £3,000 I have paid him. I am willing to resolve this matter if he contacts me. This is VERY disappointing.

He is very polite and respectful worked methodically and will ask Wayne to come back again. He knows his trade

We had arranged work and a date to start. This company are out to scam people. They never did any work at our home in October 21, it is now almost December and no communication about work to be started. We don't wont any scam builders that will always lie anyway. I would rate this job zero out of five stars. These greedy thoughtless people don't deserve to be in business.

Do not use this company, we did, what a mistake, turned up mid-morning did 3 hours work, went off, turned up on the Friday, same 3 hours work asked for a payment, which he got, not seen him since did contact him received a vague story about him waking up in hospital, promised to come back, never did also did not leave the paint behind only thing he did leave was his rubbish.

very unhappy with work Wayne had provided. He is not an honest man He estimated work to be done in 4 days, what happened is: for the first 3 days very little of work was finished, he was there outside in the back garden ( painting the outside of house plus other work) but didn`t look busy at all. On the fourth day he came with two other guys all the rest of loads of work were rushed in the morning of that day. As a result my windows were painted over without any preparation AT ALL, and were painted while they were shut, i had to force one open but other one is completely jammed can not be opened till this minute. walls were terribly painted as he used paint roller for the pebble dash surface, unpainted dark spots are all over of the walls. After they have finished that morning, I had to call them back from their van, ready to leave, because they left all piped undone. Pipes were painted with one coat, with a terrible result. The repair of the garden wall was left unfinished. he also lied about leaving the rest over of paint as I asked, he said he did, but paint could not be found anywhere!! I have been phoning and texting him, now, for almost 4 months to come to correct and finish his work, he promised to come, NEVER CAME, and I have never got hold of him again since. The work I received from him is a cowboy business, yet he charged £30/ hour. Honestly, I would not recommend him to anyone. HE IS NOT AN HONEST MAN.

Wayne worked quickly and efficiently. His task was to paint all the ceilings, walls, doors and skirtings white. There were several walls that had scribbles, other paint décor and permanent marker. This was not an easy job to remove and required either sanding or several layers of paint, which Wayne did successfully. He also managed to fill any broken wall sections and the holes where the last tenant added nails to the walls. The job was supposed to be completed in 4 days but due to unforeseen circumstances, it needed an extra day to complete which was absolutely fine. I had a damp spot on one of the bathrooms’ ceilings and after two coats of paint, it still did not go away. Wayne suggested to buy damp paint. However, I managed to find a damp/stain remover on Amazon which made the damp spot disappear within seconds! Moreover, the floor fitters scratched up some of the paintwork and I noticed that there was one small hole that needed filling, I contacted Wayne immediately who happily rectified the issue. I appreciate his effort.
