Our Gas Safe registered engineers handle boiler servicing, repairs and new boilers, central heating, landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) and gas cookers, hobs and fires. We also design and fit kitchens and bathrooms (free design visit through Howdens and Clifton Trade Bathrooms), and cover general property repairs and maintenance, damp, roofing, fencing, driveways and PAT testing.
We work with letting agents and landlords across Leeds and are fully insured to £10m. One local team, clear prices before we start.

Brilliant work carried out quickly and efficiently
Repair Potterton Boiler Not Igniting
They contacted me in response to my job request within 5 minutes. They arrived at my house within 30 minutes. The lads were a god send. My house was freezing due to my faulty boiler, and they were able to diagnose the issue (faulty pcb). They got me a price for a new part and quoted me their labour cost. Also added the service cost and we were able to agree to a price. They came back within an hour with the new part and serviced and fixed the boiler within a couple of hours. It would have been quicker if my boiler wasn't being so stubborn. I highly recommended these lads of you want the issue resolving. Not to mention the lads are stand up guys. Highly respectful and very very professional.
