Replace Basin Taps in Cloakroom
Good communication from Adam. Very competitive price. Jordan, a cheerful, well-spoken young man, arrived at the agreed time. He skilfully tackled the seized joints and removed the old taps, fitted the new taps and adjusted the pipework to connect them. Thoroughly cleaned the work area. Very impressed with the way the work was carried out, and the finished result. White Knight will definitely be my “go to” firm for any future plumbing jobs.

Gas Safety Check for Rental Property
Unprofessional, unreliable. Avoid at all costs. We had agreed a price for gas safety check and boiler service. Adam came, spent literally a couple of mins and said the hob burner caps are not the right size and so there is no point in him continuing with rest of the checks. He took 80% of the money agreed and left. He promised to come back as soon as we have ordered the right hob burner caps so that he can do the agreed work. We chased him for almost 3 weeks, he didn't turn up at all. We eventually paid someone else and got the work done. Terrible service. Would never ever go back to him/nor would we recommend to anyone.

I diagnosed a fault with your gas hob on a landlords gas safety check as part of my job and being safe. Unfortunately you wasn’t prepared to pay the full amount of the gas safety because i noticed a fault and made safe,so in a good will gesture i said I will take half of the payment and then you can pay the rest when we come back and address the gas hob,although full payment should of been paid. The parts you provided was incorrect and I wouldn’t fit them. I quoted to replace the hob and didn’t hear from you apart from this incorrect review. Sorry this never worked out but I would do this all over again but this time take full payment for the job quoted. Take care Adam
