Great, Surveyor came out to see me fast. Quote was given fast. I wanted work done quickly. It did not go as planned. Contract was what i wanted doing. But Carl said Surveyor under charged for work that needed doing. A lot of extra cost accured due to human error by company workers. Contract not clearly understood by workers. ( A internal wall that did not need any work was accidentally removed) Carl assured me whats damaged by company will be put. Thankyou Carl for that was done. Surveyor never left his num. Always take the contact num so you can go back to them. If any problem rises, as its your words against theirs. Surveyor said we needed an air brick in front room not done . But never wrote it down. So much headache over plastering, written in contract that I payed extra £500 for it. Not carried out as on contract. I payed extra to Baz to come out in his own time weekend etc to do the work that i wanted done. Skirting boards where thrown away another mistake. Surveyor said anything removed will be put back. Carl said you buy skirting boards we will re fit them at no extra cost. DONE ! They did come back to do outside spraying and put back my skirting boards. Overall work is done Deen Simon Baz and gentlemen that came today hats off to you lads great work. Carl thankyou like you said you are nice person and i say so am i. No problem thier, but i feel little cheated. I ended up paying more out of my pocket than i should have. Overall if thier was no mistakes. It could have been 5/5 Thankyou Carl
