Fix Leak in Pitched Tiled Roof
Avoid this company at all costs. I hired this company to fix a roof issue, and the experience has been absolutely awful. They took the job, claimed the work was done, and as soon as the payment cleared, they completely disappeared. The problem came back within months, and since then they’ve ignored every single call, text, and email. No follow-up, no warranty, no accountability — nothing. It’s shocking how unprofessional and unreliable they are. They were quick to take the money but nowhere to be found when the same issue reappeared. I now have to pay another roofer to fix what they should have done properly in the first place. Do yourself a favour and stay far away — this company does not stand behind its work, and their customer service is non-existent.
