Neil was a pleasure to deal with - I've had my fair share of rogue tradesman, but Neil made things very easy and stress free - he really took a professional pride in his work. Importantly, I felt I could trust him not to do work that wasn't necessary just to get extra money. I would say Neil is old school - he keeps things simple but goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy, which is why I wouldn't have any hesitation to use Neil again.
