Fix Leak and Assess Roof Tiles
Wayne was very convincing that he knew what he was doing, talked about all the roofing jobs he did over the years. I thought I was in safe hands, but the abysmal job he did was shocking. I could clearly see a crack in my rendering, but Wayne had been up there & convinced me it was not a crack, & something like a hairline crack. Because I had not been up there i I could not tell. The cement he used to seal my leaks were just making the leak worse, & then he wanted to charge me £700 to back out the wall, & re-plaster the wall. This is after wasting £100 hiring a de-humidifier, not to mention the electricity consumed having the unit on 24 hours a day for a week. This guy is not qualified to fix roofs & I would not recommend this guy to touch any roof. He’s a con man! I am approx £500 lighter with no fix, & had to spend even more to get the problem solved by a professional.
Replace Asbestos Garage Roof
Very helpful, did a good job. Didn't tell me that he didn't take the asbestos away, but maybe I shouldn't have assumed. Would employ again.
Clear Guttering Front and Back
He came to give me an estimate for repairing a guttering problem and he saw that it was a small job and repaired it for me immediately. I was very impressed with him and would ask him to do more work me if I need it. He is a very pleasant friendly man.
