"We are small enough to care, but big enough to deliver"
A local, family run carpet, upholstery and oven cleaning company who work right across the North East. The business was started in 2018 by husband and wife team Derek and Laura from their home just outside Hartlepool. With a single van and a steaming machine their aim was to grow the business by delivering great value for money and the absolute best service.
We must be doing something right!!! Because fast forward to now and we have 9 team members and have 415+ genuine customer reviews on Google, Facebook and Checkatrade.

The job has eventually been finished and the revised bill has been paid. For all their work was good their communication was not good.
