nice guy but thats about it.email me mid-morning day before job saying he has to postpone the job because of a bit of rain,and says he dosen,t work in the rain for no-one. i drill all the holes for him, lift all the floorboards in 3 rooms and hallway upstairs so my house is a mess.then he wants to rebook for next saturday a week later,which is yet again raining according to the forecast.so not gonna get done again.i explained theres on 3 dry days next week so he can fit me in.then he tells me that he has 15k jobs booked in and isn,t going to work around them.so can,t be done.then he tells me we don,t usaully accept my type of jobs anyway.(why the hell come out and quote me then and book job in). no way to treat customers its a complete joke.so now gonna have to fine someone else who isn,t scared of the rain. he kept telling me rain and electric don,t mix. which is strange as armoured cable is waterproof. go figure.

House Rewire
Thoroughly recommend Darren for any electrical work. Rewired my house from top to bottom in a week. He even gave me advise on what was cheapest to implement which hit his profit margin. Honest and trustworthy, left him a key to my house and left him to it. All up to code, did a better job then the guy that did my mother's house and the guy that did my brother's house. Will definitely use him again, need to save up for an alarm install.

“My partner and I could not be happier with the work completed. Darren provided extremely accurate quotes and provided amended paperwork each time we asked for additional sockets and dimmer switches. He kept us updated regularly and explained the process very well. He went above and beyond, even carrying our freezer into a different part of the house as he worked round so we did not loose the food and working through the weekend to complete the job asap. We know our house was a difficult one with awful concert walls to get through yet Darren was a constant professional.”
