Loft Conversion & Ground Floor Extension
Before starting my full house renovation which included a 28 sq meter rear extension, garage conversion and a Dormer Loft conversion, i was very cautious and scared after hearing all the stories about builders running away with money and not doing a proper job. I met Shammy at my 4 bed detached and he showed me some properties he had worked on. He also introduced me to the owner, who i built relations with. He came to my house a few times as i had loads of questions. After a few more quotes and speaking to other builders, no one gave me the confidence or the price Shammy did. Once he started the job, no one could be the speed he worked at , i got a daily call/pictures or voice message, he didn't asked for 50% upfront, but small payments as the work progressed and i could see where the money went. I was so happy i found someone i can finally trust and i want people to come and see his work, he is a true genuine gentleman (hard to find the days). I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

Did a good job - knew what he was doing, had all the tools as well, nice experience, would strongly recommend for any building work is required to get it done from Viryan Developments, one neighbour was so impressed with the work, requested to use Viryan Developments the next day.
