Refelting
VIP roofing completed works on a new flat roof. A tile adjoining the roof came off which was replaced but wasn't fixed properly and came out again together with another tile. I had been given a guarantee of works so contacted VIP roofing and provided photos at their request. Two dates were arranged but VIP failed to turn up. I have tried to contact them since but they refuse to return calls or messages. If you use VIP roofing you might want to consider the validity of any guarantee they provide . My guarantee was worthless

He gave us a quote then put it up after he had started the job one-off the days he didn’t turn up but did txt me then when he finished the job he said he would be back in a couple of days just to check it and we never saw him again
