Victor is a very polite man who came to fix a problem I was having with the surroundings of the manhole covers, he came up with a plan that would work, he started straight away, cleaned away all the broken debris, explained again what he was doing, he was very respectful through out, I couldn't fault him. I'm very happy with the work carried out. I would definitely use Victor again and I would recommend him too.
