Fortunately I had the good fortune to have Vasyl turn the situation completely around and am thrilled with the outcome he has made possible. Hard working, communicative, punctual and reliable. Unlike a lot of trades people Vasyl was highly responsive when it came to communications, turned up on time, had some alternative ideas and suggestions, solved problems and did a good quality job, especially with the tiling and left the site clean and tidy. :)
