We do internal and external refurbishment and repairs.
Hired to fit air bricks to my property for condensation purposes. Unfortunately turned out we don't have cavity walls and so they were pointless to be fitted to the property as they wouldn't help. Builder was honest and didn't proceed to do them anyway and talked me through other options I could have and was very sincere. Lovely man.
