The old rotten flashing has been neatly replaced and now properly protects the roofing tile tops underneath the window and now looks really smart. We were so pleased with Karl's work and efficiency that we engaged him on a flashing job and roof timber repair on another property, and we are very satisfied with his work on that.

Karl was a very pleasant guy. Visited and advised me exactly what needed doing and quoted me much less than 2 either quote ( one of which was given without the tradesperson even having been to look at the work required). He kept me updated on his arrival day and time and explained what he had done and even sealed a window frame near the work that he did. I have other work that needs doing and would not hesitate to contact Karl again .....
