Karl was fantastic, He came out and gave a fair assessment of the work needed and a competitive price to complete the job. He came out to do the work as soon as the weather permitted and explained the whole process and the steps he was going to take to remedy the leak around our velux window. Karl has done an excellent job in repointing hip tiles, carrying out a complete repair of a flat section of my roof plus fixing various other roofing issues.
