Thank you for your email.
It's 23 sq meters of ceiling work plus a few meters wall to be replaces/repaired.
At the moment I need a quote for about £4000 for the work so I can first get the claim sorted with insurance. I'll then be in touch for negotiating the work hopefully soon.
As you can see from the email above the client is interested to give him a insurance quote.
Is not interested to do any work sorry I need my money back please.
