Please avoid!!!. I engaged Twineoaks Ltd (Lewis Wilsher) to replace guttering, facia, soffits and down pipe and put wire mesh Installation around Solar Panels at my buy to let property. He dubiously claimed the work was completed and provided invoice and some short videos of the work done. As a result I transferred £1000.00 to their account. When I visited the property and found out the work was unfinished and of very poor quality that the condition of the property was worse. The new gutters are of poor quality and not sloped to allow water to flow out of it. The downpipes are not connected to surface water drains but left to flood the gardens. The old facia and soffits boards were not removed but covered with PVC cladding. The agreement was to remove the old facia boards and replace with new ones. The bird guard around the solar panel are poorly fitted and may not last long before it comes off. He sent fake video to claim the roofing felt has deteriorated and charged extra money to get it replaced when the existing roofing felts are intact and does not need replacing. All the wastes generated from the work were left on site. All the materials used are of poor quality. All the work that has been done will need undoing and redoing to solve the problems created. He has blocked my number so I can’t reach him anymore. Please avoid this guy. I will now be deploying every means available to get my money back.
Twineoaks Roofing LTDI half did this job has he tried to make me do more work continuously threatening me, would not pay me I have contacted the police and is a on going investigation,
