Roof Repair and Leak Inspection
The ridge repair was alright but in doing that they ruined all the slates where they stepped etc when called for a repair they kept booking dates and missing them. Frankly i would avoid if having the choice.
Fix Hole and Leak in Pitched Roof
This company has given me the most stress in over the past month .I hired TSB to fix a leak in my loft where rain water was getting in .After they came out to assess the job I was told the roof flashings was the problem and that was were the rainwater was getting into the loft .TSB came to do the repair and filled in gaps in the flashing with a sealant ..TSB asked for payment in cash big mistake of mine to make payment in cash and I was given a receipt with a 3 year guarantee but the name/heading on of the company on the receipt was not TSB but a company called fair brothers something I did not notice until later .After a week or so I checked in the loft to see if the rain water was still getting and it was in the same place as before .I called TSB telling them the leak had not been fixed as rainwater was still getting in TSB came back twice more to find the leak and stop it but they failed to find and stop the leak after calling them for the third time and after lots of stress I had lost all confidence that they could find the leak let alone fix it after a month since the first visit .I have had to hire another roofer to fix the leak in the loft /roof .When the other roofer came out to look at the job he said the work carried out by TSB was awful and not up to standard or fit for purpose and he would have charged me £50 to do what TSB did not the £500 TSB charged me I have asked numerous times and more or less begged for the £500 to be refunded to me as they did not find or fix the leak which I paid them for i am still waiting and hoping to get a full refund from TSB
