My name is Terry Spencer
Iv been a builder for the last 25 yrs
I qualified as a bricklayer with an advanced level 3 nvq at the age of 19 and since then have worked on all areas of construction large and small
I specialise in extensions and renovations but will provide a free quotation for most projects
All work is carried out to a high standard and satisfaction is the priority
I work in the Preston and Chorley area but will travel further depending on project size
Public and employer insurance certificates can be provided on request and electrical and gas certificates will be produced if needed when works are carried out
