Troy did a really good job for me. He was polite and courteous too, and cleared up wonderfully afterwards. The only reason I have not awarded "excellent" is that I only see words in their literal sense, and so as I have never had a carpenter in before I am unable to know if Troy excels over anyone of a similar trade.
