Mansa was excellent. We had a really positive experience from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He took the time to properly inspect everything and clearly explained what needed attention and what didn’t, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was his honesty. He gave genuine advice without trying to pressure us into unnecessary work or extra costs, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help rather than just make money. That level of transparency and professionalism is hard to find these days. He made my auntie feel completely reassured and confident about the situation. He explained clearly what was required during the fuse box renewal.He seemed knowledgeable with regard electrical standard requirements which needed to be upheld He was punctual to the job, meticulous in his work to complete the job. He finished the job to a high standard.
