Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Tommy turned up when he said he would , a bonus theses days, reviewed and priced job anddue to the impending weather conditions would return the following day to do the work. Again, turned up at appointed time and after starting job found there was a complication due to the west and test of our guttering. He was able to come up with a solution and returned the following day to rectify the problem. Do grateful it was fixed before storm Babet arrived.! Would highly recommend TRL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE for their pleasant, helpful and professional manner and clean, tidy work. Thank you Tommy.

Roof Repair
Tom arrived and completed the job. I was lucky to get this done so quickly. He was very pleasant and advised to contact him if there were any further problems. Will have to wait and see if it leaks when it rains but Tom did test it and all seemed fine. I’m really happy with the quick service.
