Boundary Wall Crack Repointing Repair
I can’t recommend TCK Property Maintenance highly enough, particularly Tristan Knowles, for his honesty and professionalism. I recently needed a simple repair to some cracked pointing on my boundary wall and received quotes ranging anywhere from £250 to £520. It quickly became a bit of a minefield, with some contractors suggesting removing bricks and significantly increasing the scope (and cost) of what should have been a straightforward job. Tristan stood out immediately. After reviewing photos I sent over, he was completely transparent and advised that the work should cost no more than £150 and take around 90 minutes to complete. No upselling, no unnecessary work – just honest, straightforward advice. Although I ultimately went with another contractor due to combining the job with additional shed work, I felt it was important to leave this review. Even after I let him know, Tristan remained exceptionally polite, professional, and understanding throughout. That level of integrity is rare to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact TCK Property Maintenance again in the future and would strongly recommend Tristan to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable work.
