Replace Bath Tap or Seals
Day 1 -Before commencing the job; I explicitly asked for a quotation, which he didn't give. Upon looking at job, he said can be done now there and then. He didn't say a word about his 230 per hour charge ( I am assuming this hourly rate based on work done at my place). In 30 minutes tap leak was fixed, possibly rubber washers changed in old tap. He asked for 120. I said that is unacceptable but I will pay . After he left, the leak sprung back overnight. Day 2 - I asked him to fix the leak and also address minor leak under the bath tub. But I asked him for total job cost via mobile text so we are on same page. I was quoted 150 including parts. After job done, I transferred 150. Next day he got back as according to him the total now was 270. 120 +150, I have paid 270. Bad experience. Actual labour time for total job 1 hour. Beware.
Triple G£120 was the amount you personally said you will pay for the first job. I didn't negotiate with you. Before I returned to your property. We both agreed on the second job. however, I changed two complete mixer control nub (hot and cold). one complete bath waste with overflow. This was two separate job that was disused seperately.in two different date. Thank you

Nothing but praise for Sam he turned up on time when he said he would , worked very professionally, cleaning up after himself along the way , very polite man with a good work ethic , would say if you want a good reliable professional, call Sam you won't be disappointed, top man
