We are a small self employed roofing business trading since the year 2005 we cover all aspects of roofing work from full roof replacements to part roof replacements and repairs we also do full flat roof replacements and part flat roof replacements we do all types of pointing work we also do all types of dry ridge replacements or repairs we do general

Stuart was the second to give me a quote and was 50% more expensive at 900. I needed a repair to poorly laid rubber sheeting in a roof valley. He said he'd lift it, glue down the whole thing, seal and then cover all of it with fiberglass. He also said materials would be about 350 and took a deposit on the spot. He said it was a day and a half's work. The job took about 3 hours and what was actually done was: Rubber stretched and laid back down, not glued underneath. Sealant around edges. And a £30 acrylic roof coating painted over it. Bit of a bait and switch. I feel ripped off as it's not what was discussed and will not last as long. The other quote was 600 and the only difference was they couldn't do it for a number of weeks. Leaving a review as I'm now not getting any response from him.
