Tim was so helpful, he thought of practical ways to get the best job done but to save me money also. I was given some ridiculous quotes from trades who were charging 10x as much. In the end Tim ended up doing screeding and entire supply and fitting top of the range LVT for a cheaper price then I was being quoted for screed alone. I have never been so happy to pay someone, they were kind, speedy and the job looks great. Can not recommend highly enough.
