Victor came over the same morning and serviced the fire for no extra charge (we’d asked for a safety check). He also advised us on moving our boiler as it came up in conversation, so he was at the house for longer than he expected. His work was thorough, and we would definitely use him again.

It took a long time to choose a gas fire: but this was my fault as I had particular needs : mainly a gas fire that could completely be controlled by a remote control. Having made decisions (twice) when it came to placing an order the model had changed.!! Having found a suitable fire it was fixed reasonably quickly. One complaint was fixed by a quick call back

Fantastic turned up on time. Turned out the it was such a small issue to fix (5minutes), that he refused to charge us. They recommended we have the fire serviced. We agreed to have this done a couple of days later at a cost of £50. Work all carried out on time, clean, tidy and very well priced. All round great service.

Victor was polite and obliging, however I wasn^t satisfied. £360 paid but the fire still isn't repaired. He was friendly and punctual. Sorry though I was not happy with the result
