Patrick was very genuine, and the prices were completive. it started off a few hundred pounds work, for simply replacing a ridge tile and pointing the rest, we were so impressed he ended up doing a few more thousands of pounds of work for all the family at different address. Highly recommend

Slate & Tiled Roof
Very speedy reply to the ad. Came the next day. Polite and friendly. Checked the roof from the outside and from the inside the loft. Gave me a verbal report recommending a new roof and provided a verbal quote. Moved the slates which had been dislodged.

Velux / Skylight Window
I will be as helpful as possible as there be many others with a similar problem and will neither know what the expected cost for the repair of a leaking Skylight window. A young friendly man named Pat from Total Care home improvements arrived to provide me with a quote & completed the repair on the same day by sealing my leaking skylight window with a grey tape on an flat roof of an Edwardian height property. which he than showed me the completed job on his phone video. The total cost was £500.00 with a 7 year guarantee. I am relieved that the job is done, yet no doubt it is undoubtedly a shocking amount for a few minutes job, yet respectfully stating the cost is vital to help others prepare financially. It is still early days for high marks, but Pat has assured me it will not leak.

Pat was absolutely brilliant after storm eunice on Friday morning he arrived Sunday. Morning has done an excellent job of replacing ridge tiles and making us secure we will retain his details for recommendations to others, well done Pat

I employed Pat Ward of Total Care Home Improvements. They/Pat were super efficient and very helpful. Pat/Total Care, arrived to give their assessment and quote at the time promised. Were honest in their assessment and as the work was effectively urgent, agreed to effect and complete as urgently as I had hoped. The quote for the work was as reasonable as could be . Was very comforting to have a job completed so efficiently and effectively. I’m very pleased indeed in ALL respects and Total Care Home Improvements have my great thanks and praise.....as does Mr. Pat Ward who actually completed the work. MANY MANY THANKS.
