Remove Conifer Hedge Garden Waste
Even though I had sent photos, it was a bigger job than he expected. 1 load removed on the day within 2 hours of putting the job online so it was very quick. He came back the following day and removed all of the garden waste and left the area tidy. It took 3 van loads and he had quoted for 1 van load so ended up costing over double. We renegotiated the cost on the 2nd day.

Remove Old Electric Cooker
Kept me informed about time of coming and disposed of the old cooker properly. The only complaint was they came banging on the bedroom and lounge windows at the back of the property, it's clear there are no doors on that side, you have to get around to the front door where there are handrails and notes that I'm disabled. I got panic attacks straight away with that banging and shouting.
