Leo has completed the first of the 4 bedrooms with laminate flooring and skirting board. Excellent quality of work, clean and tidy and very reasonable rate. Also trimmed the doors to accomodate the raised flooring.

The job was finished quicker than estimated. Pattern ok. There are small defects at the joining area between the door and the floor. I'd prefer to wait a little longer and more consideration to the details.
