Robert showed up on time, changed, covered the floor and got on with the job. He did not loiter about, took a couple of short breaks when paint was drying. He was tidy and attentive to the detail. He did exactly what was asked and even slightly quicker than expected. He is not super-fluent in English but as he said, "I come to work not to talk", and his language is certainly adequate for the communication required on the job. Recommended
