T.LE Contracting Building services serving West and East Sussex. Business is run by me, Tomas Lerner. I am a highly motivated and skilled individual in the building trade, who delivers an excellent building service that fulfills the client’s needs at competitive prices.
We offer a wide range of building services. Specializing in extensions, loft conversions, kitchen, and bathroom refurbishment, and all associated services like Roofing, GRP roofing, Plastering, Plumbing, and Decorating
For the past 15 years I operated mainly in West and East Sussex area on few accasion working on Projects in London. During this time I've completed many projects such as house extensions, Loft Conversions, and large and small flat conversions, and I've lost count of bathrooms and kitchen remodels! I operated mainly with the domestic market helping a customer to improve their homes for better living space or to increase the value of their home
Depending on the size of the project I can bring more people on board to finish the project on time and within budget.

Tom provided an extremely transparent and professional service throughout the construction of our kitchen diner extension. The project came in on budget and Tom's pragmatic approach allowed us to control costs throughout. Each stage of work was itemised and invoiced for. The ste was kept tidy and secure at all times and Tom's communication was impeccable. The finished result is of extremely high quality. Would highly recommend.

Extension
We had a great experience with Tomas (one storey extension and internal works). He was great from start to finish helped us improve our design, managed the different elements to make sure things ran smoothly and stuck with it through the rain, cold and wind. Tomas and the team were easy to have around, professional, friendly and tidy. We're really pleased with the end result, thank you Tomas!

Polite, hardworking, diligent. He was very clear about taking me through each and every step of the build. Every time I made staggered payments to him, he would add to our email thread, confirming amount paid, and remaining balance outstanding. His workmanship quality was outstanding. Would really recommend him to anyone.

Brilliant attention to detail, listening to clients wishes and does what is agreed, doesn't rush the work and works effectively to a very high standard. Couldn't wish for a better builder
